Privacy and personal data.
Your personal data, which you will have to submit when placing an order, will be used only for processing and invoicing your order. your data will not be publically available and will never be passed on to other third parties. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential.
Returns.
If you should need to return your order, it must reach us within 14 working days from the day on which you recieved it. Please pack it appropriatly and include a note to explain why you are returning it. If you are sending the order back because you have changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the items.
If the products you recieve are faulty or damaged, you must return them to us within 14 working days of your recieving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund, including postage, after we recieve the returned goods.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
